AI Disclosure

How the AI Voice System is intended to be used, and where its role ends.

RespoVoice builds AI voice systems that act as an extension of a medical business's administrative and front-desk team. They are configured to answer calls, provide business-approved information, capture requests, support appointment and intake workflows, and route conversations to staff.

The AI is not a clinician. It is not designed to diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, give emergency medical advice, prescribe or change medications, interpret symptoms as a physician would, or make clinical decisions. Clinical questions are routed to appropriate staff according to the customer's configured workflows.

Where configured emergency indicators are detected, workflows direct callers to appropriate emergency services, such as 911 in the United States, rather than attempting to handle the situation clinically.

Callers may be informed that they are speaking with an automated assistant in line with the customer's policies and applicable law, and may request a person at any time where staff routing is configured.

AI voice services are designed to support administrative workflows and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
